Ah yes! Locro! It's heaven in a bowl....by far my favorite traditional dish. We always make a huge pot of it on the 25th and then freeze a bunch of it to have throughout the winter. Yummy!

Weird for and Argentine dish... no beef and served with a spicy sauce on the side!
Walking around Recoleta today doing errands, all I saw were bowls of Locro on tables at outdoor cafes.
I don't eat pork/meat so I am missing out on the locro today :)
