Hot Peppers in Buenos Aires!

I just got back from another splendid evening at Drinking Liberally Buenos Aires ...and, as always, we met someone new.  This time it was Larry Rogers of El Tejano.

Larry is one of those guys that you know that I like: somebody who comes to Argentina with not only a dream ...but a plan and an idea and is willing to overcome the "effort shock" to make it come true.

Rogers makes salsa picante ...and while I´ve never tasted it, he´s got some pretty decent testimonials as to it being the best in town.

You really need to hear him talk about the process in order to understand how this guy knows how to put peppers together ...like you and I don´t.

He´s not just interesting, he´s hard working and he has plans to work even harder to make sure that we lovers of the capiscum will be in good supply here in this desert of anything with a real bite to it.

So!  You can be sure that I´ll be bringing to you not only a review of salsa ...but a look and feel of the man behind all that effort really soon.

In the meantime, visit his site  http://eltejano3.blogspot.com  and sign up for his twitter feed to know when and where you can take advantage of his future increase in production.  There´s a bottle of good salsa picante in your future!

I´m already on my 5th bottle of the Salsa, #2, and I finally have a reason to buy chips, limes and Tortillas!

Having lived in Texas for 5 years, I´ve tasted a lof of salsa´s and El Tejano is way up there.

Just got done downing 1/2 a bottle with some resto style chips he brought over. I think he has a winner!
