I just learned that our own Ben Bogart not only gives personal bandoneón lessons here in the city ...he gives them ON-LINE, as well!  There are some serious bandoneónista around the world who are interested in how good they are.  If you've ever thought about takin' up with a new squeeze, you should check it out.

Did youse know dat:  the original spelling was BANDONION?  But after shipping the great majority of all the instruments to Argentina and Uruguay, the Germans changed the spelling to the rioplatense, BANDONEÓN.  Any idea as to how much it takes to get a German to change the spelling of a word in his language?  Hint: a lot.
