It's a great night to be deep in the Argentine pampas ...and maybe your Buenos Aires rooftop!
It's Supermoon 2012 and if the skies are as clear as last night, I should be quite a show.
Since the moon will be as close as it ever gets, it will appear "as much as 16 percent bigger and 30 percent brighter than other full moons of 2012—not a huge amount, but definitely noticeable," said Geza Gyuk, an astronomer at the Adler Planetarium in Chicago.

And of course, another of nature's rare event is occurring in the city of BA, fog. I don't recall that I ever seen that here before as well.
