For All You Lovers of Truly Hot Salsa in Buenos Aires Argentina

El Tejano has a new one ...the N° 4 ...and lemme tell you, this level of hotness will shut-up any lover of the capiscum.

I caught up with Larry Rodgers, El Tejano, himself, this evening while Dave Smith and I were looking for a place to cool down.

Little did we know that things were about to heat up!

El Tejano brought us both an impressive Xmas gift of the newest in his line of salsa creations:  The N° 4.

People, lemme tell ya, there is genius in El Tejano Salsa ...something nobody can replicate.  If you´ve tried any of his salsas, you already know that this is NOT just some yanqui slapping together some hot peppers (although, we picante-starved types in Buenos Aires would have been happy with nothing more.)

The LESS hot of his salsas (the N° 1, 2, & 3) really demonstrate that they are worthy of "secret ingredient" catagory.  They are all truly delicious ...and better than anything I have tasted in the US.

But none of those three salsas ever tried to hurt you ...they are all about pleasing you!

You know how people are, though (myself, included!)  After tasting how good his salsas are, lots of folks started asking for something REALLY picante.

Well, you got it now!  The N° 4 has a number of jalapeños ...and 2 fresh habaneros ...per jar!

If you´ve ever thought that El Tejano Salsas were TOO mild for you ...you won´t anymore.  The N° 4 hits you right where you want it!  The addition of fresh habanero tips it right over into tongue-burning territory.

I got a preview about a month ago ...and loved it.  But NOW it is in full production and available to the public and even better.

Even though the N° 4 is HOT, as it fades away in the mouth, you get all the flavors and skill of Larry´s long-tested border (Mex-US) recipe and process.

I don´t care how good you are in the kitchen ...you can´t duplicate any of his salsas.

So get a jar or two, right now, and groove to it with some great tortilla chips ...or try your hand by adding it to any of your favorite recipes that call for something delicious and picante.

This is NOT an ad!  This is a recomendation for something every long-term exile has been waiting for.
