Japan Festival in Buenos Aires Today from 11:00 to 18:00!

In beautiful Almagro (one of my favorite Buenos Aires neighborhoods), on a beautiful day ...just 4 blocks from the Castro Barros subte stop on Línea A!

The two block street fair is on Calle Pringles, between Mitre and Potosí (200 to 300) and is billed as "The Street of Culture and Japanese Art" as part of the Mega Event of Japanese Culture "Nippon Mania - Yoroshiku Nihon (Consider Japan)"

I´ll be there grooving to the Paseo a la japonesa for Japanese food in the street!

The nearby Japanese Cultural Institute, a block away on Yatay 261, will also be open for exhibits and demonstrations of Origami, Haiku, embroidery, Ikebana, tea ceremony, painting, caligraphy and more.
