Funny you mentioned that... I just walked in from meeting with an Argentine client and he was asking the same question! We also reminisced about the snowfall from a couple of years back...
Yeah, the right conditions happen here every winter ...it just never actually snows.
During that last snow fall, when they asked the national weather service why they didn't predict it, they said, "We saw it coming ...but we didn't want to look like fools if it didn't snow."
I just saw someone post in Facebook that it is snowing. I still haven´t seen it, but it sure feels like at any moment the flakes could start floating down.
