US Ambassador to Argentina, Earl Anthony Wayne announced today that the United States is prepared against terrorist attack in Buenos Aires and Argentina.

A notebook with alleged terrorist remarks was discovered by waiters recently in Buenos Aires. Reports are that the mozos turned the cuaderno in question over to the local police which then shared the info with international law enforcement agencies. After learning of the existence of report, Ambassador Wayne conducted a drill to demonstrate that the US Embassy and Consulate would remain safe in any event.
