It's been more than 2 weeks since my casita has had the big fancy connection that I've been paying for. No joy in Yanqville.
It appears to be nothing more than a bureaucratic f***story...but I can't seem to get it squared away.
Cybercafes aren't real convenient for me so I'll be sporadic in the extreme until I can get somebody to believe that I need some technical assistance.
If I ever figure out what went wrong...it'll make a good post. At any rate it's time to report again on internet options in Baires.
