Great alert for those who don’t know the peril we’re exposed to; wonderful conference from Gore; excellent and practical ideas to help change from home! I DO recommend it...
Watched it, and loved it. Finally somewhere to point to where the facts are presented simply and understandably when people say "yeah, but isn't it just a climate cycle?" HA!
It was one giant, ugly Gore commercial, HOWEVER, it provided a lot of information on global warming that I was unaware. Two things in particular, that huge lake in Africa that disappeared and the first hurricane or typhoon ever in the southern hemisphere which was hitherto thought impossible. Impact on Argentina is that they have to build better roofs over their grapes or lose them when the baseball hail comes. Global warming is more than warming, it includes extreme weather on a regular basis.
You think Gore will run in '08?
