Cook mini-bios: Marc Randall, 1st Annual Buenos Aires Chili Cookoff

Marc Randall grew up in southern New Mexico, raised on such fine foods as green chile stew and enchilada, and ample servings of huevos rancheros. A generalist by nature and never using his music education degree, he has worked in restaurants, the banking field, the airline industry, and software development. Arriving in Buenos Aires seven years ago, he started jonesing for some real American diner food and thus opened "Randall's", a classic American greasy spoon in Palermo serving just that!
