Judge Mini-Bios: Frank E. Almeida, 1st Annual Buenos Aires Chili Cookoff

Frank Almeida is an expat entrepreneur who hails from Chicago and has launched Argentina´s first high end (and very popular) cookie brand. He is currently raising a family while expanding the cookie empire throughout Argentina and Uruguay, and soon more neighboring countries. He is also a picky bastard when it comes to food and drinks. His family has roots in Mexico so he does not shy away from spicy foods. I would expect him to be a tough but fair judge.
