Founder and owner of
Anuva Wines, a company dedicated to sourcing the best small production wines in Argentina and sharing them with the world. As a wine-guy, Daniel routinely exercises his palate by conducting blind wine tastings in which he and his team evaluate and rate wines based on their eye, nose and mouth. Due to his experience with wine tasting, evaluation and purchasing, Daniel has been made Head Judge, which means he will be responsible for how the judging of the chili will occur, the explanation of that judging to the other judges, and the implementation of all of that.
