That's hilarious, I've never seen a list of best cities to live in with an American city in the top 20 before!
The Italian Beef, Hot Dogs, Greek Diners and Pizza and Ribs, Mexican and Chinese food are do die
for in Chicago, but that new sales tax increase (Around 10%?) Takes a bite out for sure. I love when you get a dog there, they wrap the fries up with the dog to keep it hot...
