Scooped! I'm not much of a TV watcher anyway... much like Discovering Buenos Aires.
But apparently the BANewcomers Group and City of Faded Elegance...and Moving to Argentina all figured it out before me.
It's suspected that the two channels will become pay services but Cablevisiõn hasn't mentioned it yet.
