Cook mini-bios: Paul Strobl, 1st Annual Buenos Aires Chili Cookoff

Paul Strobl, unlike George W. Bush, was born in Texas.  He was raised primarily on jalapeños and bacon.  He's a life coach by day, but at night, as the sun begins to set, you can  hear the frantic chopping on his bamboo cutting board as he unleashes his next creation to the world.  (Okay, so "the world" is his Argie wife and a couple dogs, but that wouldn't have sounded as dramatic.)  H-Town Chili is takin' you bitches down!
