Announcing The Buenos Aires Chili Cook-off Commission (BACCC)

The Buenos Aires Chili Cookoff Commission seeks interested individuals to serve on the commission.

Seats on the commission are open to all nationalities ...with special consideration given to citizens of the US and the Canary Islands (Las Canarias) of Spain.

The commission's first order of business will be to appoint from among their number a sole commissioner of chili to a life-time term whose arbitration cannot be appealed.

The Buenos Aires Chili Cookoff Commission plans to hold the first ever Chili Cookoff in Buenos Aires and especially seeks those persons whose chili is exemplary to enter the contest.
