Since we first announced this dubious honor in 2006, our fair city has maintained the title ...but the excuses / causes / blame has changed.
Five years ago, the construction boom was cited as the source of the racket that pushed us over the top.
Now, it seems that we are just a bunch of noisy guachos who leave our windows open ...or run our air-conditioners day and night ...or ...something.
The Beeb suggests: "With no immediate improvement in sight, the only solutions are to leave the city, wear ear muffs or talk a little louder." How TINA of them!
