If your butcher is worth his weight in salt then he should be able to order you one.
Mine came in at 6.5 kg while most people got smaller birds it seems from the little I got to reading about other people's birds.
Sage butter and stuffed it full of vegies. It came out great! We had other people bring salad, pies, etc.
